Just a nice medium sized town! [Xi'an]

Xi'an is a what China considers to be a nice medium sized city of ..... approximately 8 million people. Ummm.... makes you think Sydney only has 3 - 4 million and that is large in Australian standards.
This medium sized city is a lot more humid than all the other cities we have been travelling through, should be interesting to see how I hold up.

Xi'an has a number of things to do and see. Of course there was the visit to the Army of Terracotta Warriors. There are 3 pits with a slightly different type of warrior or level of excavation done. Pit 1 is my favourite.
OK afternoon free to do a bicycle ride around the City Wall. This took us approximately 1 hr 30 min on a not so smooth surface. Of course this gave us good reason to stop and take several photos. With this taking longer then thought it was a mad rush for Lisa and I to get back to the hotel (Sorry Kitty we left at the City Wall) to have a quick shower and get a taxi to the Dumpling Banquet and Show. O M G!! this was the best dinner I have had thus far in Asia I love the Vege Dumplings they were serving, just wish I had room for more.
During my stay I also had time to visit the Big/Giant Wild Goose Pagoda (sorry no climbing this tower on this day), the Great Mosque in the Muslim quarter and the Forrest of Stelae Museum.

I can't wait to go back to discover more of what this city offer.
